True change involves an ongoing practice.

If you’ve been searching for healing and growth sometimes the easiest place to look for change is within your own body.

Your body is your home and where you feel and validate your experiences.

By allowing ourselves to grow our capacity for our sensations, emotions, and beliefs, we give ourselves more choice.

Choice simply allows us to live in more alignment with ourselves.

Let’s create a roadmap for you today.

Strategic Consultant

As a strategic consultant with over 10 years experience, I bring a unique blend of skills to support organizations in meaningful growth and transformation. My work spans strategic ideation, project management, and trauma-informed consulting, including direct work with survivors of sexual violence. I specialize in helping organizations develop strategies and structures that are both impactful and sustainable, fostering environments where both goals and people are prioritized. My approach is grounded in empathy, integrity, and deep expertise.

  • While I’m a big advocate for therapy (shoutout to my therapist Maria!), coaching is distinct in that it focuses on specific areas of your life and developing skillsets to help you align with your goals.

Coaching—Centers around envisioning your future, exploring current goals, creating actionable solutions, and aligning with the direction you want to take moving forward.

Therapy—Dives deeper into emotions, patterns, and past experiences to help you understand the “why” behind your decisions and mindsets. It focuses on addressing underlying issues to foster healing and self-awareness.

  • A somatic approach offers practices to help heal trauma and regulate your nervous system by connecting deeply with your body and its experiences. ‘Soma’ has Greek origins meaning 'body,' but in somatics, it refers not just to the physical body but also to the spiritual, mental, and emotional aspects of ourselves. Somatics explores how we embody our beliefs, shape our relationships, and connect to the land we inhabit. Practicing with this awareness fosters a sense of wholeness, allowing us to feel more deeply connected to ourselves, each other, and our environment.

  • I focus on care and well-being because they are the foundation for sustainable and meaningful outcomes, both individually and organizationally. When we prioritize care—whether through self-care practices, team dynamics, or trauma-informed approaches—we build resilience, clarity, and a stronger capacity to meet challenges. Focusing on well-being creates the space for greater connection, creativity, and presence, enabling us to make decisions that align with our values and intentions. This approach leads to direct, actionable outcomes, as we’re better able to stay grounded, think strategically, and build trust with ourselves and those we serve. In short, care isn’t just a personal benefit; it’s a practical and effective way to drive impactful, lasting change
